Language Settings Issue

Hi Ed,

As you suggested, here I am.

After having problems with WPMLplugin, I deleted it, and now I find I have some things in english and some in spanish, (in the dashboard and also in the published theme) and I can’t find any place to change it. It should be all in english.

For post translation I’m trying now the google plugin, and seems it is working, although it is not what I need.

As usual, thank you for your help!!

What I think likely happened is that some of the WPML stuff is still set in the database. Your best bet would be to re-enable the plugin, and check that you’ve disabled everything and set it all back to English.

Hi Ed,

I did it twice before removing it the last time, and it didn’t work. Anyway, I haven’t ever changed the set language. It’s been english all the time.

Could it have any relation with the language files I’ve installed?

What do you have the WordPress language set as in wp-config.php?
