    when trying to add to basket, the “add…” button just hangs…nothing happens. Tried deactivating all plugings, but seems to be something maybe related to the swift framework, which has also caused huge problems on the site this week. Please check

    Hi,

    The SwiftFramework issue was a different thing.
    Something is going on your server, the response of the pages is slow and I found this error in your product page.

    Do you know that link in the red message?
    We don’t have any similar issue. What hosting are you using?

    Can you provide me admin access to try to disable all plugins except Woocommerce and the SwiftFramework?

    Like I said the site response is slow and if they can’t sort it out then the best option would be to move to other hosting, since it’s slower than average because in my opinion something is incorrectly configured.

    Can you add your FTP details?

    Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active.

    Please open your wp-config.php file and add this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

    Please let me know what to do.

    – we need locate what is causing this on your site, to do so we need to strip the site back whilst we look for you. So, please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active.
