    Is it safe to upgrade Breadcrumb NavXT without it breaking the theme? Are there instructions we should follow specific to flexform?

    WP 3.9.1

    Hi,
    Yes, you can upgrade plugin with out any problem. Please upgrade also theme 1.62 also.

    Is theme 1.62 available through themeforest.net or in wordpress only?
