Is it possible to show into animations on mobile, or better yet certain animations? Some of my intro animations help tell the story on my website.

Hi Ian,

This is not something that is possible out the box, this would require a developer to make these modifications.

By the sounds of what you describe you would want to use Waypoints.js.
