    Hi,

    It’s not the theme causing this issue. It’s a plugin or a WP setting adding the space.

    The login details for this https://webcloud55.au.syrahost.com:2083/ are not working, please check.

    If you enable the Twenty16 theme do you still experience this in Safari?

    That indicates it’s not a theme issues causes this error.

    Please contact your hosting provider and report this to them.

    You need to report:

    Using the Twenty16 default theme, WordPress is adding a blank space to all media files which is an invalid URL in Safari only, causing images to not load.

    Well, if it’s a server issue your host would need to sort this.

    It’s possible your site address within the database entry has the rogue space.

    Can you ask him to outline what he is planning do for you, ie breakdown what he will bill you for?
