    Is it possible to do a modal with an image?

    Yes you can use the modal shortcode and place an image inside the content

    ok, thanks! just now, I found another problem, when I try to add a shortcode, this message appears.

    “The requested URL /wp-content/themes/atelier/swift-framework/shortcodes/interface.php was not found on this server.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

    I got it, inserted image is compressed and blurred when it pops out as a modal window (image takes modal window size, rather than actual image size)

    Did you insert full size image rather than one of the smaller sizes?

    Yes – Insert Image – selected full size option (1019 x 509)

    Found a workaround – which is link will open/take user to a new page. I’m ok with that. Thanks for you help.
