Dear Swiftideas Team,
The images in the iLight box pop-up do not resize responsively to mobile screens (images 1 & 2 from homepage).
You can resize them by clicking on the fit-to-screen rectangle icon (image 3), but this is confusing.
We need the lightbox images to pop-up and fit the mobile screen immediately.
Is there a way to have the lightbox images to resize responsively to fit all devices?
Prompt help is greatly appreciated.

Responsive Lightbox images resize responsively.
If we cannot fix the iLightbox responsive issue, how can we turn it off?

July 5, 2016 at 10:13 am #279212Hi Rui,
Turning this off does stop the light box pop-up on the home page.
Any other ideas?July 6, 2016 at 12:19 am #279383Sorry Rui,
Disabling the Lightbox does not stop the iLightbox thumbnail pop-up on the homepage:
We need to resolve the responsive Lightbox issue described above or disable the iLightbox plugin completely.
This is quite urgent, as our client is wanting to go live ASAP.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

iLightbox is responsive as default and can be seen on the demo:
– Can I disable your child theme and plugins to look into this further?
Thanks,

I’m trying to edit the functions.js file in the theme using Solid Code Theme Editor – but I’m getting a security error upon saving. Any chance you can allow this editing for me?
I think it may be down to the resolution of the image. I have a fix that should work though, but obviously would like to test it for you. Let me know.

July 11, 2016 at 1:28 pm #280463Thanks Ed.
I’ll give it a go when I’m in the studio tomorrow.
Again, thanks to you and the team.
TaffyJuly 12, 2016 at 1:00 am #280586Hi Ed,
The responsive image issue is resolved, but the close and maximise buttons on the lightbox image do not work on smartphones, i.e. once the image is opened in lightbox mode, the cannot be closed.
Hopefully this is an easy fix, as we are almost there.
