My website read speed is very slow.
I tried the cache plugin and Photon, but read speed does not change.
Could you tell me the other how to improve.

have you tried a plugin like ‘Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions”?

Made a big difference for me

Hi

The main issue is your hosting, as you can see here: http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/elRsbX/http://kidsinfost.net/ there’s a 2.7s delay before the site even starts to load, this is the time that the browser is waiting for the server to respond

The rest can be improved by using W3 Total Cache and Autoptimize
