    I have tried to upload the Uplift through Theme Upload on WordPress and once it got to 100%, it begins loading 1%.

    I tried unzipping and uploading via FTP, and it says Stylesheet missing.

    What other options do I have? I also tried updating on my other website and it wont upload either.

    You are uploading the wrong zip file.

    Unzip the file from ThemeForest. Only upload the zip file called uplift.zip not the entire download packaged file.
