    I would like to kindly aks you for help. I always tick: Notify me of follow-up replies via email. However, I never get any info on email about replies.

    Have you checked your junk folder? You may need to add our email to your safe list.

    Sure, I checked all the folders, spam, different tabs like promotion and all. I also searched in the search box for any messages but nothing from you regarding the forum.

    I also checked in Account tab and my email address is correct.

    The functionality is working, the issue will lie with your email account/service or hosting not accepting emails from us. Please check with your hosting company to see if they have any idea

    By hosting, do you mean GoDaddy or Gmail? I am using Gmail email account.

    No, I always have to keep the link of the thread and if I want to see if there is a reply, I have to refresh the page.

    Hi Rui,

    Unfortunately, I still haven’t received email. Maybe somewhere there in the system there is my wrong email address? WOuld that be somehow possible? I did received an email when there was a reply to my comment on ThemeForest.

    Nope, I had problems myself with an email account in Gmail that only went away after a few months and I never figured out what happened.

    Provide me another email in a private reply so I can change it in your profile here in the support.
