hi, thumbnails are displaying cut off, and I’m unable to change the thumbnail size. I’m using large (1200px high) images in portrait format. WooCommerce thumbnail settings 468×310. Have regenerated thumbnails.

    Hi

    468×310 is not portrait?

ok. as the default size was 120 x 155, and the thumbnails seemed to be in landscape format, i assumed it was height x width.

I’ve changed it to 310 x 468 and regenerated thumbnails. no change.

These 2 are the ones used: http://d.pr/i/13Kv8/4YkII2De

Which you have set to square

thanks Kyle. I tried that, but it made no difference. The thumbnails are still the same.

thanks. So that value needs to match the one in the Woocommerce settings?

hi again one problem with this – the next/previous buttons on the product page are now a long way below the product image. do you know what causes this and how it can be fixed?

You’ve made the product slider height too high. It should be the height of your product images

The login isn’t working for me now.

I have informed the developer of the issue and will improve for the next update
