    How to remove the rollover effect on the logo?
    When the cursor is on the logo, it up a bit

}

    I dont see any code in custom css code. Are you using any cache plugin?

    It’s not working because you’re using the HTML format for comments instead of the CSS format:

    <!--Logo : supprimer la remontée du logo en survol)-->

    Should be

    /* Logo : supprimer la remontée du logo en survol) */
