    I would say you can crop at least 200px of the transparency in the top area of the image.

    I cut the image height 200px and I rebuild thumbnail with woocommerce product size to 700 x 700
    still same result???

    can you recommend an image size and woocommerce setting that works??
    I can’t seem to get it right

    It’s a bit better than before but you just need to cut the major part of the transparency above the image, then check the final size of that image and set that in the product image settings.
