    Hi Swiftideas Team,

    On the theme demo http://supreme.swiftideas.net/ the recent posts widget on the sidebar looks great — it has thumbnail images of the post, titles, comments, likes, etc.

    However, when I add the widget for recent posts on my wordpress widget dashboard, its just the names of the posts with no other information and does not look anything like the demo.

    How do I get it to look like it does in the theme demo?

    Hi Justin,

    For your posts, are you adding the post thumbnail? The widget needs it, in order to work as in the demo.

    Yes, there is a thumbnail for every post and it is still not displaying correctly.

    This may be a little confusing – did you set the post thumbnail from below the editor, or the featured image from the right of the editor? If the first, try with the featured image instead, or with both.

    Hi Cosmin,

    We have set both — we have an image for the post thumbnail image from below the editor and an image from the right of the editor as a featured image. Both are active.

    Still not showing up correctly.

    Hi Justin,

    Please make sure you’re using the Swift Framework Recent Posts widget, as it looks like you’re using the standard WordPress one at the moment!

    Hi Ed,

    I cannot for the life of me find this widget anywhere on my widgets dashboard. If the name of the widget is Swift Framework Recent Posts, it is absolutely not appearing in our widgets section.

    Can you advise how to get it?

    Hi Cosmin,

    Ok found the widget, just one problem now — it is pulling the images for the widget from the featured images and not the thumbnails as the support has said it should.

    How do I make it so the the images in the widget are from the post thumbnails and not the featured images?
