how to display soldout items in a specific area

Hi
on my site I have many unique vintage items (stock=1). I would like to display the soldout items.
By default, woocommerce displays them in the category page, and ATELIER theme adds a soldout badge.
But I would prefer to separate the available and sold out items, and have a dedicated page/area with all soldout items : is it possible, how can i do that easily (i thought of creating a “soldout” category and manually add this category when a product is sold, but this way is quite heavy and will not work in the long term …)

Currently that is not possible to do.

There is a plugin available for this, though I have not tested it: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-sold-out-products
