    Hi

    Go to Theme Options > General, here you can upload your own favicon

    Even though I have changed my Favicon, when I hover over it it still has caption “Powered by WordPress” and when I click on it, it takes me to WordPress page. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    That’s a different thing. You are talking about the admin logo.

    There a lot of plugins that do that already. You can give a try to the one below.
