    Hi, please see attache screenshot.

    I have changed the footer background color to black and text color to white, however the footer widget titles are still a dark gray, and so very hard to see. Where do I change this font color? I cannot find. Thank you

color:#fff !important;
}

    I did that, however it did not work. The footer header font color is still the same.

    Humm that should work. Can you place it at the top of your custom css field?
    Maybe you have some unclosed css bracket.

    Or give us admin access to try it.

    I just flush the cache that is created by plugin and everything seems to fine now.
