    I mean the modal that comes up when you click the “Frequently Asked Questions” on checkout:

    Also is there a way to modify the FAQ and CustomerCare checkout links (text, href, etc) without resorting to js?

    Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce Options to set the modal text/content
