    Hi

    I have started work on a live site which I am updating and redesigning using Atelier, I have built a holding page which is set as the front page in the colour customiser but it is not visible on mobile which is coming up as a blank page.

    Please can you help me?

    That’s really odd, never seen this happen before. Pretty sure it’s not a theme issue, can you check with your hosts to see if they can identify the issue

    I’m fairly positive it has nothing to do with the theme, something is preventing your site from loading on mobile, try deactivating all your plugins, make sure you’re running the latest versions of wordpress, the theme and all plugins.

    How do you not have contact with the hosting company? They should have customer service
