    You need to setup your Footer Widgets again, these are rendered inactive when changing/removing themes.

    Do so here: Dashboard => Appearance => Widgets Footer Column 1, 2 and 3.

    1) What did we provide last time, please link me to the ticket? We do not offer theme installation services as such. Delete the theme and follow the provided instructions, you simply upload the zip file to WordPress dashboard and active the theme. Your hosting provider will be able to restore your site from a backup if you have broken the site.

    2) Please activate Twenty17 and re-test this. Can you add an item to the cart?
