    The hamburger menu is not showing when you select header option no.7. Can not get rid of the text on the right hand side. For other menu options involving the hamburger menu the menu button does not show either. The client has specifically requested this style of menu at all screen sizes.

    1) You need to set the Header Right Option:

    2) Once the above is done, it disappears, it’s like a demo holding caption if unset.

    3) No.1 will essentially do this.
