Google maps API error Flex.1.5 WP3.6

Hi there thx for the upgrade I’ve already starting to play with parralax 🙂

I’ve tried to make work the google maps (it didn’t work for me with the previous version..)

and now it’s says “You are over your API Query Limit.”

i hope you’ll be able to fix it 🙂

Hi,

Unfortunately we can’t fix that – it’s a Google Maps limitation on their side. See here (Usage Limits paragraph).

ok but i don’t understand is the problem is from me or from the fact that there is too many flexform user as the same time asking the google map API?

@Clemzy – it appears that this issue may occur based on your hosting. I’m setting aside some time this week to look into it further and hopefully come up with an alternative integration method.

Same problem here. I have a VMware 8GB RAM setup with Linux / Plesk.

It’s working fine now, it’s magical!! 😀

Really It’s a great theme thank for the update!

The last prob is that i can’t get rid of the top spacing, even when i add the extra class .pt0 .bt0 or .mt0

if you’ve got an idea for that it’ll be amazing otherwhise i’ll close the post as resolved

hummm, what a pity the “You are over your API Query Limit.” is back

so ive’got no more google map’s shown on my website..

Any clue to make it come back as i was working few days ago?

My provider is OVH in france, Pro Version Hosted server.

@clemzy – seems that your host IP may be over it’s API Limit. We’re going to be changing to a better method in the next update, but until then you may want to use the standard iframe embed code in a text widget?
