Full-width spaces

I need to insert (or write) a container/Element on the page that fills the browser full-width, and I can assign internal CSS to it for color, div width, and such. If I try to use the Text Box (full-width) as it’s described, it’s STILL only as wide as the overall parent container! Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try a Row with a fullwidth setting:

Yes, I did this, but it only fills the full width of the container, not the browser page.

I’m trying to add one, but the Element called “row” no longer appears as an option to select from the Elements drop-down. Any ideas why??

Thanks for the screen capture, I was looking for Row as an Element, not a layout component. I’ll try with the rest of the items on that page.
