full width page slider

i have seen the request for a full width slider in the forums before. will this be in a future update or can i reach out to a developer to make this happen without messing up the theme?

You mean a full width slider in a boxed page layout ?.If yes, i believe it can be done but one would need to dive deep into the code. So a Freelancer could help you out.

sorry i wasn’t clear in my question 🙂 i meant a full width revolution or layer slider within the page layout below the header. here is an example:

so let’s say this page example was to be made in swift builder…we have…
1. a header (video within a revolution slider)
2. blank spacer
3. full width text block (centered text)
4. slider (full width…which is the question)
5. full width text block (centered text)
6. divider
7. 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 text blocks
and so on & on & on….

so in dante the text block full width with an alt back ground gets you a full width image….the question is how to get a slider into the page full width?

if you take a look at http://www.fuzblender.com (my development site) you will see a full width text block with an alt background for STYLIST. i would love to replace that with a full width slider.

i think i accidentally found a solution. i selected force full width on the slider settings and it worked!
