The footer that is on the bottom of the flexform demo page. Or what you are using as a footer. The Flex Your Creative Muscles, Recent Projects and Recent Articles that are in front of a black dark background. Is that a footer option you enabled custom? I want a similar footer with a lot of information at the bottom of the page. The footer only has a field for very limited information.

If you go to Appearance > Widgets, you will find the footer columns where you can add widgets.

How did you do the address in your demo footer?
You have two columns for the address and the contacts. And how did you change the background colour of the footer widget area?

I guess you are talking about the website link in the footer. Check our footer settings the text it’s placed their.

For the color you can go to Color Customizer(link in the top bar) , and customize the footer colors
