Hey, we to install a purchased FontDeck font – the font shows correctly on any browser on a Mac but loading IE10 or Chrome on a windows PC the font defaults to arial.

Nevermind… fixed!

Hi,
What is the name of the font ? . It could be that the font is MAC only ?.

Fontdeck don’t do MAC only fonts I don’t think.

Hi,
It seems that the font is not been applied correctly in chrome . The font css on all the text is coming from dante style.css . Could you try adjusting the Fontdeck settings.

Any progress yet?
I revisited all the instructions and even worked with fontdeck support to confirm that it is in fact a Dante issue and I cannot find the solution myself. Once again it works perfectly on Macs but not at all on pc.

Hey Ed,

For some reason when we put in this ticket the font was working correctly on Mac’s but defaulting to Arial on PC’s. It is now working.

However…

ss1.ssi-aquipt.com is our sister company site – which we just bought a new DANTE license for. But we are having the same font issue as described above (using a different fontdeck font).

Nothing to do with the theme! Would suggest you take that back to them as the resolution is likely with the account/font setup 🙂
