    Hello,

    I’m using the standard HTML5 audio player in wordpress.
    example code: [audio wav="audio.wav"][/audio]

    In every browser the audio plays except for Firefox.
    Does anyone know how to fix this or is there another plugin player that I can use?

    Hi Rick,

    What’s the bit depth on your WAV files? Firefox supports 8-bit and 16-bit PCM, but not other bit depths (12, 20, 24, 32).

    Thanks! The file was indeed a 24bit file. I changed everything to mp3 and 16bit so the loading of the audio wont take long. (and my server space won’t be full to quickly)
