Hi,

I have a file permission issue with regards to uploading images? It keeps unsuccessfully uploading and I get the message in the screenshot below. Not quite sure what to do. specifically what file to edit, with what code and if there is any thing I should be aware of such as replacing or just adding in the script. Should I be doing this via FTP? Or should I do it via wordpress dashboard. can you please let me know.

Additionally I have noticed when I update the site files and/or wordpress that my images occasionally look blurry? Is there a way to fix this? What are the ideal upload sizes for:

(1) Swift Slider,
(2) Woo Commerce shop.

Hi,

Please contact your host regarding the permission issue. That is something they will assist you with.

The images dimensions we use on the demo site would be:

Slider: 1920 x 12080

Shop:570 x 700
