Featured Image on Business Directory Listings

How do I decrease the featured image size in the business directory listings please. Its massive on the listing once it is opened.

One more thing – portfolios are displaying differnty on some pages and I am not sure why.

This page they are displaying too big http://dundalktown.ie/accomodation/
This page they are perfect – http://dundalktown.ie/attractions/

But I can’t see any reason as to why they are different.
Can you please tell me what I should do on the first one to make it look like the attractions page?

What is the size of this image before you are uploading, the origional size must be different then the others?

Now the edit and delete buttons are visible on the business directory even when logged out of the site?

Sorry I dont understand what you mean? I am using the directory that comes with cardinal?
