    Hi @tenthirtyfive

    Those plugins are recommended – not required. Just logged in and all were active, so have disabled but still no luck. Checked WooCommerce status panel and it shows you have 40Mb of memory set. I’d check with your host again as they clearly haven’t increased it – https://www.dropbox.com/s/r5y8bggrqfu61pw/Screenshot%202015-04-25%2001.11.02.png?dl=0

    Just wanted to re-iterate that the issue is definitely not with the theme, but will be to do with your hosting. Who do you host with? I’m trying to use it now and it’s extremely slow..

    That’s the memory limit of the server.

    WordPress has it’s own memory limit that can be adjusted in wp-config.php that is in the root directory of your site.

    Check this documentation of own to increase it.
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    After that try to import the demo content, if you any problem with it let us know.

    Hi @tenthirtyfive

    In your FTP root, you should find a file named “wp-config.php” – you can add that line in that file. Set it to:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

    If you still aren’t sure – your host should be able to do this for you.

    Thanks for the heads up @OctoKom – have edited his posts.

    OK news flash
    i have discovered what the problem is/was
    when you load the demo content it was saying it was completed then if you left that page in the wordpress dashboard open it will continue to load demo content over and over again till you end up with a thousand menus and items that was just chewing up the memory
    thus the fatal error in memory
    i have cleaned the wp data base and installed it again and as soon as the comment that the demo content has imported successfully, enjoy!
    click the dashboard link or any other to leave that page and stop the demo content importing again
    😉
