I installed a fresh WordPress from scratch, then I installed manually the framework and plugins from links above, also I installed GoPrice and Rocketslider from theme archive, but when I tried to activate the Atelier theme, it has all crashed again (Internal Server Error). I install the latest version of theme 1-2.20 I downloaded yesterday.
Another attempt: I activated the theme first, then installed plugins, while installing Master Slider manually the internal error occured again, always on the admin panel side.
I killed half of the day trying to simply install the theme I purchased and feeling frustrated because I simply can’t. Seems I need your assistance.

I managed to resolve this one myself in the end. You just need to update the function call.

In /cardinal/includes/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 1859 change:

parent::construct( $skin );

to

parent::__construct( $skin );

That should resolve the issue. Worked for me.
