FAQ Formatting

How do I use formatting in the FAQ posts? I want to add bulleted and numbered lists, but it doesn’t seem to work. ALSO, how do I change the style of the FAQ questions to look like the ones in the demo theme? (Mine are bolded, but the ones in the demo are not – see attached screenshot).

We’re adding formatting support to the FAQ content in v1.3 (due in the next few days).

For the headings, they are h6 which aren’t bold by default. Did you change this?

Hi Ed, I saw this message and upgraded to 1.3, but I don’t see where the support is for FAQ formatting…

The FAQ text should now output with formatting and shortcodes, is that not the case for you?

Only the Flexform shortcodes seem to work for me. Regular text formatting (bullets, and numbered lists) aren’t working. How do I get a numbered list to render properly? – when I’ve tried to use it, the numbers show up in the left-hand margin (see attached image)

Try adding this custom CSS in the General theme options:

ol {
  margin-left: 20px !important;
}
