As the site is live for our clients, I’m now changing the Portfolio Thumbnail type back to image.
Please contact me, if you need my assistance with fixing this issue.

Is there any timeframe when you’ll be able to fix the problem?

    Kind regards,
    Simon

    Hi @parcyvall

Apologies, I probably should have mentioned – if the images were uploaded with v1 then you’ll likely need to regenerate the images (Regenerate Thumbnails). Unfortunately Envato made us change our image size names, and that image size was missed.

    Let me know.

    Hi Ed,

well… now it’s inline with the other elements. But even though it’s set to “wide” it displays as a “wide & tall”. Standard seems to work fine.

    “Tall” displays as “Standard”.
    “Wide&Tall” works fine.

    Kind regards,
    Simon

    Hi Simon,

Actually seems to just be an issue with the slider still, looking into it.

Have managed to fix this, thanks for bringing it to our attention. If you need, I can send over the build before the next update.

That would be great, than I’d be able to test and give feedback.

Is it necessary to re-upload the images again?

    Kind regards,
    Simon

    Sure, here it is: http://swiftideas.d.pr/8s5k/2BSrjCGL

    No need to regen images.

I installed the new Version. The size of the element is right but the images are zoomed in & cropped.

The first Screenshot shows how the slider looked right after updating (and emptying the cache).
The second shows how it looked after I reuploaded the images with a new file name. The Image is zoomed in and cropped.

    Kind regards,
    Simon

    Hi @parcyvall

Unfortunately the zoom/crop is the required for the slider thumb in order to keep the sizing consistent. Do you have any other issues with it?
