    Hello guys,

Someone that uses Explorer has sent me this screenshots. I’ve asked about the version but I didn’t get an answer yet.

Have you got any idea about how to solve it?

    Thanks,
    Tania

    Looks like IE9.

But is something not working on that page for him/her, or is it just that IE displays that warning message?

    Regards,

The text shows weird, very big in the widgets and titles, the menu seems not to have the font.

The text in the warning says:

It’s possible that this page doesn’t work because some errors.

Not able to get the type “property”? This command is not compatible.

    In the other one:
    Argument not valid. webfonts.js
And the same of the other about the fonts.

They have asked me to do full justify and the paragraphs in that Explorer look very close.

    Thanks (again),
    Tania

    Hi Tania,

    It seems it’s IE8 actually.

Unfortunately, about the columns being so close – that’s because of the poor IE8 rendering engine (test with IE9 or IE7 and you’ll see it looks fine).

The errors with the Javascript can be ignored, the first one was regarding the search input and that seems to work fine on your site. The one with the webfonts can be ignored, it’s a stupid warning about something that IE sees but does not actually use.

    Hi Cosmin,

Mmm the only thing is the titles showing huge, screenshots from saucelabs attached.

Any ideas to tell IE8 that they should be smaller?

    Thanks!
    Tania

IE embedded in Chrome via Chrome Frame or IE Tab isn’t something that we can really guarantee support for, sorry.

Checked your site again, with IE8 and 9 – I don’t get that warning, so this leads me to believe it has to do with IE settings.

Ed, have you encountered this before?
