Email signup in Slider

If there isn’t anything already built into FlexForm that I’m missing, I was wondering if you could provide me with a recommended Widget/Plugin that would allow us to incorporate an email signup in one of the Revolution Slider frames.

Client would love that to be part of the slider area, for ease of simply capturing emails. Ideally, this form could post to an eCRM database.

This is unfortunately not something that we have in the theme or can cover with support, but what I would try is to add the subscribe form code from my email service provider (ex. Mailchimp) in one of the layers as HTML and see if that works.
