It’s the same 502 Gateway error with both links. You need to contact your hosting support, this is a server error.

As I said I find this gadget very interesting, but I wonder if it is possible to change ONLY the names of those email Customer Care, Shipping Information, Returns & Exchange headers to be able to put other links in these titles

You cannot change the links, you can change the text content and the title.
