Edit a new text area in the admin WordPress

In header.php I added a new text area “Economie numérique, ouverture…” and it works very well in static (http://storrer-avocats.com/site/) but I wish I would edit this text in the admin WordPress

But with swift page builder, is it possible to add a text box above the title? or another solution to add a simple text area above the title?

Unfortunately not, you would have to add it manually in the php files, which you said you already have done
