    Hello

    Install the latest WordPress and your theme Cardinal.
    Included Load pre-minified skripts

    But while all loading pages in Safari browser is very long. In the rest of the browser loading proiskhoit much faster.

    I tried to install additional plug-ins cache Hyper Kutch

    The result is the same.

    Please tell me what could be the problem?

    Hi,

    This file path /wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.11.3 is not related to the theme, that is core WP.

    Who are you hosting with, this issue is really to do with your hosting provider service?

    1) We use and recomend WPEngine.
    2) We recomnd you use this cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
    3) You can also use a CDN.
