Double Image Issue Single Product Page

Hi Swift Ideas Team 🙂

Since the last theme update I am experiencing a double image issue on the single product pages. It seems that for products where there is only the one image it is also displaying the image as a thumbnail but stretching it to be the same size as the featured image thus making it very pixelised in the process. Also, on the products pages where there are additional images, it is displaying the featured image twice in the thumbnails although these thumbnails are displaying at the correct size at least. I have attached a couple of screen shots to demonstrate.

Not sure what has changed in the last update to cause this but I haven’t added any extra css or further customisations to my theme since that update so I am at a loss as to why this has started to occur.

Please check now

First issue: this was because you had set the image as your featured image and also in your gallery, you do not need to do this, only images 2,3,4 etc go in the gallery as the featured image will already be included

Second issue: Again, you set the image in the gallery, which is not needed as it’s the featured image

Hi,

I have updated the theme files and the same thing has happened to me as above in leannel’s first post. Product images are doubling up. How was this fixed? Images aren’t being using in the product gallery as well as the feature image.

Have the same problem since i updated the theme

in every proodct slider, on the main shop page and in all shop carousels are the image shown twice

i just saw its only an chrome and safari issue… in firefox an IE does it look like before
