    Hey guys,

    When importing the demo content, the footer remains blank.

    Is this normal or should extra steps be taken to see how your footer was set up?

    Hi,

    You would still need to go to Appearance/Widgets and add your footer widgets in there. (the importer does not handle this)

    Cool, but would you mind sharing then how you formatted your footer column with the contact info?

    Curious as to how you got the full width text and two column text bits under that.

    In a text widget can you just build divs and make it a mini html layout or can the shortcodes or swift builder elements be used?

    You can use column shortcodes in the footer widget, that’s how we did it. You can also use shortcodes inside a text element from the page builder.
