    We had a customer contact us this morning that was unable to reset her own password. A link was sent to her email and then the link sent her back to the place where you enter your username to retrieve a lost password…so really she is just sent on a never ending loop..

    I have attached a photo below of where the link takes her.

    How do I resolve this?

    Hi,

    This is default WordPress functionality, the theme doesn’t interact with it.

    Can you try it yourself, to see what happens and also try to deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce to discard any plugin conflict.

    Let us know the result.
