Hi,

Can you ask your hosting support why the server is blocking the fonts? Please pass them this error screenshot and report the URL that triggers this:

http://www.cmarketing.com.au/wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/custom/IrisUPC/Irisupc.ttf

See screenshot for error message.

Hi,

This is from the hosting support team:

The permissions you had on that file didn’t allow for the file to be read.
I’ve updated the permissions for you now and the 403 is no-longer displaying.

Hi,

I certainly think the font itself is actually corrupted from the source. I have uploaded another font to your site, a zip file of a font called Snacker Comic, it worked without any issue. See below:

– Can you download another font zip file, any font and upload that?
