    I’ve uploaded a custom font to display in the Navigation menu and the titles. It shows up on the computer I have this font (IrisUPC) installed on, but doesn’t display on any other computers.

    How can I get it to display on all computers?

    I’ve attached two screenshots. One with the correct font displaying, the other with how it displays on other computers.

    Hi,
    Please choose any google font and let me know your feedback. Are you using any cache plugin?
    Thanks
    Mohammad

    I’m trying to use IrisUPC font (I don’t think this is a Google font) as this is what font my client uses.
    I’m not using a cache plugin.

    Hi,
    I know that its not a google font. Please use any Google Font instead of it, just for check.
    Thanks

    Hi Mohammad – Google fonts works fine, I’ve just tested it out again with no issue. Seems to just be the custom IrisUPC font I’ve uploaded that’s not working properly.

    Please add a zip file of the font IrisUPC so we can test this.

    The font displays on your computer because it’s installed on your computer, the font is not installed on other PC’s which is why it does not show. This indicates the font has not be correctly installed on your site.

    Thanks.

    Hi David,

    I’ve just installed the font using a zip file, but an incorrect font is now displaying no matter which computer I view it on. See screenshot.

    Remove this from your CSS:

    @font-face {
      font-family: 'IrisUPC';
      src: url('http://www.cmarketing.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/IrisUPC.ttf') format('truetype');
    }

    Then select the font without the .ttf file extension:

    Please upload the zip file me.

    Thanks.

    Hi David,

    I’ve deleted the custom CSS and changed the font back to the IrisUPC (without the .ttf extension). The font still isn’t displaying correctly though.
