Not intentionally.

We have no clue as to what/if any CSS/PHP modifications you have done.

These are yours to manage. There is no way we can predict this or know what you have changed.

Have you even tried to debug the CSS as instructed? It seems like you partially worked out the conflicting lines earlier.
