Hi
I just noticed that Revolution Slider caused conflict with page/post new WP 3.9 text editor : the shortcode editor not showing.
I noticed that by deactivate one by one each plugin. When reactivating Revolution Slider, many items in the text editor not showing, including your shortcode generator !
Layer Slider is OK.
Hope that helps for you to fix this bug
