    Hi,

    I´m trying to install a childtheme for Pinpoint to hide the breadcrumbs used in bbpress via functions.php

    I´ve downloaded the zip once again from themeforest (version 1.61) but I´ve got 1.62 installed… Maybe that is the reason to why the navigation disappears when I activate the childtheme without making any changes in any of the files.

    Or what do you think?

    Hi,

    That’s a problem from WordPress when switching themes. You just have to go to Appearance-> Themes an assign the menu to a menu location.
