Hi,
I’ve completed the setup with PayPal, added the shipping costs, but when I go to checkout it says “Internal Server Error”.
I’ve contacted PayPal and they’ve said the account has been successfully setup with adaptive payments (as the payments are split).
The account I’m testing for the ‘vendors’ amount is a seperate PayPal account of mine so I know both accounts are working.Do you know what might be preventing the checkout from working?
Thanks
Andrew
February 8, 2017 at 11:32 am #312978Hi,
An internal server error means that some error is happening in the server.
Check the server error logs and send it to us to have a look. Also try to disable all plugins except Woocommerce and test again the checkout, it could exist a conflict with other plugin.

Where can I find the server error logs? I checked cPanel but can’t find them.
Thanks

You need to adjust/add you WordPress memory settings inside the wp-config.php file
Change your WordPress memory to 128M or a maximum 256M.
Also check the official documentation from WordPress in the link below.
https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHPLike I suggested in other topic, try to activate the default WordPress Twenty 17 theme and test again.

February 28, 2017 at 5:05 am #315395Hi,
I’ve downloaded the “Error Log Monitor”, but can’t access the file PPAuth.php, do you know where I can locate this?
I tried to search via file manager with ‘hidden’ files switched on.Thanks

March 1, 2017 at 1:18 pm #315612You would need to contact the plugin devs/your hosting provider.
Have you tested this with Twenty16 enabled, does the issue persist for you?
March 5, 2017 at 6:47 am #315965Yes, I tested with Twenty16 enabled, but still can’t checkout any items.
Thanks

Thanks.
March 9, 2017 at 3:42 am #316494Ok no problem, I’ve finally retrieved the error log and am communicating between the plugin support and our hosting reseller.
Thanks

March 17, 2017 at 3:50 am #317487Hi,
I’m very confused, you and our hosting provider told us there was an issue with WC Vendors Pro plugin that was causing an error upon checkout.
I contacted WC Vendors Pro and they must’ve altered something, as when I disable all plugins besides Woocommerce and WC Vendors Pro the checkout works fine. When all plugins are activated, it comes up with ‘Internal Server Error’ which tells me its not an issue with WC Vendors Pro.Do you know how I can resolve this, as its clearly not an issue with PayPal, or WC Vendors Pro.
Thanks
Andrew
