Checkbox for Privacy Policy on Sign Up

I need to add a “I’ve read and I accept the privacy policy” line in the Sign Up form, with an unchecked checkbox. I could do this in the Contact section using the Contact Form 7 plugin there, but the Sign Up form seems to be part of the theme and I don’t see how to easily modify this to simply add the checkbox.

The form we use is Contact form7.

In the Contact Form 7 plugin area I can only see the three forms I made for the Contact page of my site (three since I have three languages). The form for the Sign Up area is no there.

Could you tell me how to edit the one which is used for the Sign Up:

You may need a WooCommerce extension for that, we just use the woocommerce sign up functionality
