    I would love some direction with how to change the few things listed in the pictures.

    One of the biggest questions is if it’s possible to use some custom fields to populate the area of the blog list instead of Name and Date.

    Maybe if you can just point me in the right direction in the theme files? I dug around and couldn’t see anything.

    Try this Custom CSS.

    .blog-item-details, .comments-likes, .comments-likes, .pagination-wrap{
display:none;
}

    That worked great to remove all of that stuff.

    What about limiting the image in that layout to only 100×100 or some other custom size?
