But not the last border on the bottom

That’s because each one has a border bottom and border top, only use one if you don’t want it to double up

I use only border-bottom :

.widget_categories ul > li, .widget_archive ul > li, .widget_nav_menu ul > li, .widget_recent_comments ul > li, .widget_meta ul > li, .widget_recent_entries ul > li, .widget_product_categories ul > li {
  border-bottom:5px dotted;

Isn’t good ?

Should be:

  border-top:none!important;
}
